We’re stoked to offer the in-class portion of our Avalanche Skills Training 2 (AST 2) course as a custom interactive online course. We’re stoked about this development because it means you can take the in-class portion of AST 2 from the comfort of your home!

If you wish to continue your education after completing the online course you can complete the AST 2 field days.

• If you purchase the online course, you will have access for 1 year from the time of purchase.

• Stay Wild is a certified Avalanche Canada AST provider

• Available in Snowboard / Ski or Sled

• 7-hour online course completed at your own pace. Break up over several days or weeks.

• The online course can be completed anywhere at anytime! All you need is a computer, phone or tablet & internet / or cell service

• Must complete the online course before the field days

• You can sign up for just the online course or sign up for online course + field days
• If you only sign up for the AST 2 online course you can register for the field days later on
• You will receive an AST 2 certificate when you complete the online course + field days
• The online course follows the curriculum from Avalanche Canada’s AST program

Online course: $100

You will be required to read and acknowledge that you have read our waiver before you complete your booking.

You will also be required to sign a paper waiver the morning of your field day.

Online courses are non-refundable.

14+ days before the start of your AST 1
If you cancel your AST 1 course you will receive a refund for the field day (the full price minus $100) if cancelled 14+ days before the start date of your course. You will have continued access to the online course and if you do sign up again in the future you will only be charged for the field day.

0 – 14 days before the start of your AST 1
If cancelled within 14 days of the start date of your course you will not receive a refund unless your spot can be filled.

Please note that if the minimum number of people to run a course is not met, the course will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
