14+ days before the start of your Camp

If you cancel your sled camp you will receive a refund minus $35 processing fee if cancelled 14+ days before the start date of your camp.

0 – 14 days before the start of your AST 1

If cancelled within 14 days of the start date of your camp you will not receive a refund unless your dates can be filled.

Please note that if the minimum number of people to run a course is not met the course will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

If you are sick with Covid 19 & can not make it to your scheduled course you will receive a credit to use at a later date with Stay Wild Backcountry Skills. We will work together with you to find a date that works when you are feeling better.

You will be required to provide a positive covid test result to receive a credit.
